You are totally correct about the best way to weaken an argument with regard to the LSAT, and I appreciate the video. It is sad, however, that the court would find it more persuasive for a lawyer to introduce a second potential suspect rather than definitively prove the innocence of the original suspect. That's a tacit admission by the justice system that "innocent until proven guilty" is an ideal, not reality.
