Hi everyone! The original Insight LSAT Prep Course, launched in 2017, is now outdated. I have released a new series of eight videos that is updated for the modern test and incorporates all that I've learned tutoring since I released the original videos almost a decade ago. kzbin.info/aero/PLafC0Olll40wXlcvb3JrIO1jkxuPJvz5D Thank you for all the support over the years. I hope you enjoy the new series. -Albert

Thank you for such a significant contribution to understanding the LSAT. I now have a greater respect for Philosophy as a major. In all actuality you've provided a blueprint helping to show how and why the LSAT is constructed. I find your lessons invaluable in that you've given me such confidence that in applying the rules you highlight I can't help but do well on the test. One thing that really got my attention was the comment on how the LSAT test results represent 70% of admission evaluation. Thats really sobering! Given that assumption, three months of ernest commitment is unavoidable if you want to be accepted to Law School. Thanks for that!!!

On the Flaw in the Reasoning question can u further explain why its d and not b. I ask this because is see the flaw being people who are good a performing calculations in there head dont necessarily have to be attracted to the study of physics, which is why I thought it would be b (draws a general conclusion from one specific case). The case being the fact that (most physicist are good at performing calculations in their heads).

Thanks for posting the list of Structural Analysis :) Why PT30-2-10 is a structural analysis question?
@insightlsat
@insightlsat 7 жыл бұрын
I include these "point of disagreement" questions as a subset of "structural analysis" because they involve understanding the logical function of each statement made in each person's mini-argument. You then need to compare the statements to find the disagreement. It's sorta like understanding, in the context of a single argument (where there is only one speaker) how one statement made might serve as a counterpoint to another. For example, I could say "Many people think that they are not distracted by using their phone while driving. However, the number of accidents caused by cell phone use has increased dramatically in recent years." This is a simple example, but note that it is still a structural point that the statements "disagree" with each other.
