Albert and Caroline example: There is no definitive statement that they run together exclusively. "...like to..." is a preference, not an absolute. If Albert never runs alone, it might be he runs with someone else on occasion. There is no evidence in these statements that Caroline is the only running partner. The observation that Albert is "panting hard" is not exclusive proof of having gone running. Saying, "...looks like he has just run..." is not proof that he was winded by running. In fact, Albert might have just had enthusiastic sex. Therefore, this entire slide and related line of logic seems to be lacking foundation.
