LSAT Logical Reasoning Strengthen Questions

The strengthen/weaken question type bothers me the most. Thanks, Steve! may I ask for your advice? Since English is not my native language, I am unable to comprehend the assumptions within the stimulus within the allowed time, but if without time limits, besides Strengthen/weaken questions, I can do it with high accuracy. Any advice on improvement for non-native speakers like me? thanks, Steve. I have registered for the Oct. test, approx. 50 days from now.
