I think is key that the lectures are available online for download when is need it so the student can focus on what is said in class and not just wasting time in writing what is on the board and taking notes of what is said...

Farid Aswan BRO! How is it? You should be attending it now right? how's the course? HOWS STUDENT LIFE? please, tell me :)
@Sophiex79 жыл бұрын
Yeah, we attend our courses right now! Personally speaking, its going well so far... Before I came I had some different expectation for some things... be aware that you need at least 4-5 hours per day for reading... Also I suggest you to apply for student accommodation. I live in Lilian Knowles...the area is perfect and enough close to the LSE! Let me know if you have any further questions!

Oh my god... That's my dream school, I will apply this year but I have no chance... I dream of LSE each day (since 2015) , what a dream to enter that school!

I am applying for LSE so I would like to know if it is very stressful to study there. Also, is it easy to make friends? Do you have time to chill out? I’ve read some opinions on the internet and apparently, students are studying 24/7. Don’t get me wrong. I work hard, but I need to meet new people and have some free time to relax as well.

Your height genuinely won't affect which university you can attend.

@rockya95467 жыл бұрын
Just a question I have to this university: I am currently a student in Germany and will take my a-level in June this year. I absolutely want to go to the LSE. The problem is that, when I apply to the LSE, in October, I could only start in summer next year. But on the other hand I can already start to study in Germany in this time. So my question is: When I start studying in Germany and get accepted in the LSE afterwards, would there be any problem? I really hope someone can help me about it.

Rocky Auer I would email the admissions department to be sure but as long as you get into lse (like physically) by the time term starts, you should be fine

English universities need to look out for English students. How many better qualified indigenous English students are thrown under the bus to give people from Somalia or Hong Kong a place?? England has well over 2000 years of heritage and culture. Its time we start celebrating that over turd world cultures.
@randomcommenter1007 жыл бұрын
Except that your universities only earn the prestige and reputation they do because they welcome foreigners, and are praised all around the world. Deny entrance to deserving foreigners, and your universities sink to the rank French and German universities have right now (which are quite good too, but aren't ranked very well since they don't appeal that much to foreigners). Time you learn some supply and demands comrade.
@Chukuman007 жыл бұрын
Steve Masters tell them to get good grades and write good personal statements then they'll get in. Your 'turd world cultures' attitude won't get you anywhere so you should consider improving yourself
@coloneljackmustard7 жыл бұрын
Nonsense, the Oxbridge Universities and other schools have had high prestige for centuries long before they were admitting any muds.
@randomcommenter1007 жыл бұрын
Steve Masters They had their prestige already, but I'd argue none outshined Sorbonne or Dauphine in France, and whatever other universities they have in Germany. That only happened when Indians started trying to garner themselves a place to study at Oxbridge, and Oxbirdge steadily began to climb above other European universities.
@MiSt33006 жыл бұрын
Steve Masters well you have to remember that the student from Somalia will have to pay 20000£/year and British students get student loans and pay only 9000£/year , which isn't quite like 'throwing down the bus' isn't it now? I see your point but again as our friend above wrote : other EU universities suffer because of it. We would love to have as many bright colored ppl getting statistics up on our universities...
