The characters are pretty 2 dimensional, but I remember loving the art style, and the premise of the show was actually pretty interesting and fun. My favorite episode was the cereal one. I still have fond, albeit kind of vague, memories of Pair of Kings. I remember watching like every episode during the summer, door closed, AC on full blast, and playing with Legos. I think I liked it because it felt like it had lore. I also stopped watching when they switched Brady out. I didn't know what happened, but it felt cheap. They left the ever important question of Brady's love interest...well, maybe answered, but unsatisfactorily so. The theme song stuck with me for some reason. I do also second the Hicks-Musso Collab album. Make the saga come full circle!

it really is rather strange that Disney XD had such a small presence in other countries. Here in the Netherlands, after Jetix got canned, the same channel number started airing Disney XD. I was talking to some friends from elementary school and barely any of them watched the Disney Channel proper, only Disney XD. A good third of the group present did not even know we had the actual Disney Channel somewhere. I'm kinda shocked that Disney XD was considered the 'second rate' Disney channel abroad.

The 7D was actually intended for Disney Junior, but they decided it would work better on Disney XD, so they re-worked the first season for a slightly older audience (but the rating was kept as TV-Y, and Disney Junior showed reruns for some reason). The second season was made for Disney XD first and foremost, and it was rated TV-Y7

I don't know what it is about Disney XD Sitcoms in the 2010s, but I've always found them to be strangely relaxing to watch, to the point where they've helped me get through having depression. They're all such "turn-your-brain-off" type shows that require no thought or interpretation to be enjoyed. The writing is just good enough to be amusing but mid enough not elicit any stronge emotions, plots are predictable and not gripping enough to be stressful, and they're usually just straight up goofy and (as my mom likes to put it) dorky most of the time. They almost feel like shows that a middle schooler would imagine out of boredom, and it brings me back to simpler times of childhood before the weight of the world started to get so overbearing.

I recall 2009 when they switched to Disney XD. It kinda broke me because I loved their Jetix block that played previously ran episodes of Power Rangers (while brand new episodes were every Saturday on ABC Kids). It was like that from 2003 to 2009. I remembered completely tuning out after they took my precious Power Rangers away lol I laugh at it now. Kinda made me stop watching the shows of my childhood all together. The point of this long-winded comment? Personally. I'd love to see you dive into the Jetix era of Tune Disney. Because by the time they switched to DXD, it was definitely more than just Toon Disney. Ik it'd probably take time but. I'd definitely binge, given that that TV block was basically my childhood

Ah, Disney XD, the one children channel I had access to as a kid. I loved nearly ever show, there was just something about the XD shows that was just so, unique, about them and grabbed me as soon as I started watching. Nowadays yeah, I can acknowledge most of it isn’t so great when compared to mainline Disney Channel, but yeah I guess my nostalgia keeps me coming back every now and then to the good episodes of certain shows. In fact, it was thanks to this channel that I was introduced to Gravity Falls, Phineas and Ferb, and was given my love for animated shows in general, but yeah I’m more than happy to let this channel be laid to rest in the near future due to it not being supported as much as it was previously. Thanks for the memories and nostalgia Disney XD, but I’m happy to let it go.

Kickin it and I’m in the Band certainly deserve more recognition in my book! These shows were laugh-out loud funny and definitely deserve to be talked about more. Aaron Stone is also way underrated. Truth be told you picked a lot of obvious shows here. I don’t think this was your best video but I do think you did justice to Crash and Bernstein, it’s pretty good. You need to make another video for this topic and go over the truly forgotten shows from this channel! I still give you 3 stars out of five but that’s the best I can give you. Have a nice day. Randy Cunningham deserves more love, and I couldn't help but thank Mark for reminding me that Jhonen Vasquez designed the characters, since Invader Zim is one of Nick in the 2000s' hidden gems next to My Life As A Teenage Robot, El Tigre, among others. Zeke & Luther was one of those shows it took a long time for me to get into. Pair of Kings it already had me hooked because of Mitchel Musso and Doc Shaw. All I remember about Lab Rats is that Naruto is in it. Kick Buttowski is probably my favorite DisneyXD cartoon.

Randy Cunnigham feels to me sort of like the 80's Ninja Turtles, in that I can totally see a more serialized reboot of that show being made. In fact, Rise of the TMNT feels a lot like if Randy Cunningham had a bigger budget for it's animation, they both even got Ben Schwartz as a lead voice actor!
