I love the class and dignity with which these young women articulate their feelings, the technical aspects of the game and the teamwork these young women displayed. The focus on the team concept is so very refreshing. And of course, Coach Mulkey is the type of coach that would be a blessing for any group of young women or young men. People talk about bad officiating, and it was horrific, but it went both ways and had nothing to do with the outcome. LSU was on fire and came together as a team. But take away Carson’s first half 3s with 21 points and this game is a tossup. “This game was won in the 2nd quarter.” Coach Mulkey
