i agree quad meets are sometimes a pain to watch because there is too much going on at the same time but in this meet they really did a good job managing there are not too many routines at the same time :)

It always amazes me how Audrey Davis never gets a 10 on bars… to me, she probably has THE most flawlessly executed routine. So beautiful, but congrats to her on all-around! ❤

It’s because she had built in deductions with her dismount the legs apart for the double front half. She also hands diagonally

The only thing I can think is that they deduct for her cowboy style on her dismount (even though they seem to ignore that with others, e.g., Haley Bryant. And I certainly mean no disrespect there. Just wish Audrey would be acknowledged for her immense talent and execution.)

I'm a UCLA girl but i admit that LSU is the team that has the stack most capable of dethroning OU this year and I really hope they do. I'm tired of seeing the same team winning, I'd like a breath of fresh air.

LSU have always had talent in their team they just can't seem to keep it together when needed. It doesn't matter how many amazing gymnasts you have, Florida is the perfect example of having a stacked team with no end result. OU just have unrivalled consistency (you've got to give it to them). Still think they're a bit over scored though, and their lack of diversity always rubs me the wrong way.

She's perhaps the most underscored college gymnast at this point. Agree that her floor landings still need to be tidied especially with getting her chest up. But she's so lights out good on the other events I'm shocked she doesn't have more 10's.

this meet is amazing! so much great gymnastics in one meet. this already has post-season vibes :) i am impressed with so many athletes. for example KJ Johnson on floor. it looks like she could easily do a dlo with a full twist instead of the tucked full. the height is amazing :o and i am so happy to see Emma Andres compete on beam :) but why did they announce Audrey Davis as all-around winner in the end? results say Selena Harris was higher!

lsu KILLED it on bars!! savannah was SO underscored though. that was such an amazing bar routine, and she only got a 9.875… was very disappointed, makes no sense. they could really win nationals if they can get together a good beam lineup. id love to see KJ back on beam. she’s amazing on beam. i just KNOW that LSU can do this. I'm proud of UCLA honestly. Last week was a mess, and I'm going to pretend it didnt happen. This week we had to count really low scores, but we managed a 197 (barely). If we do anything it has to be this year! A comfortable final 4 in the NCAA would be a win. This is the season because Uath look a bit shaky, we know how that feels 🙄 Seeing Jeffries thrive at LSU is just a mess, that whole situation was dealt with so horribly.

i feel the same way. judging was tight in this meet. but i feel like the judging was equally tight for all teams so it was a fair competition and i am fine with it :) actually i think more meets should be judges like this one.
