Gen it is your boss Museveni who brought this chaos of dividing Ugandans by giving money one group of people bse of funny politics. During his walk in greater Luwero why did they bring Hassan Ndugga to present him to Museveni, when President attended Catherine Kusasira kivuro etc. Gen we have seen many rich people who own companies they buy cars of 700 millions but when they run in debts they go to government to bail them..
