Going up against my buddy on his Big 3 Mod 2016 YFZ450R on my 1989 LT500 QuadRacer (Quadzilla) Really good couple of races, New school VS. Old School!
Mods:
LT500R: Full FMF Gold Series Exhaust.
YFZ450R: Full Monster Exhaust, FCI Intake,
DynoJet Power Commander V, Dyno Tuned.

Dude yzf450’s are the fastest modern production quads made! I was suprised with the quadzilla winning, hell I didn’t think it would keep up with the 450. All yzf 450’s are fast as hell. Not all Zilla’s are!

Gotta respect the Quadzilla. A 450 set on self destruct barely beats it. There's aftermarket parts in that 450 that cost more than a lt500r. The Banshee killer truly is king.

Owned them both. Mx yfz and zilla. The 450 is no joke with a vortex, pipe, intake. But there's NOTHING like a quadzilla.

I would have powershifted that 450. Mine smoked banshee's all day long. I know it's the 500 Suzuki. However there were a couple rider improvements the YFZ guy could do to dial it in a bit.

weight between the two riders makes a difference. the guy on the yfz needs to avoid the rev limiter too, that isnt going to make you faster. cool races

I've figured out what's going on. This quadzilla guy races people all day, whenever someone makes a mistake and he wins he posts the video. 90% of these quads he races would murder his 500 with a decent rider.

Thanks for the love. Nothing runs like a Quadzilla. These races are only this close because they are short drags. All other quads are 80 mph max from factory. H.P. does not create top speed.

@@blacksmokematters4521 yes and then the guy puts a new vforce reed cage bores 1mm and he made 20 additional hp to his 50hp. Thes things can be 100hp its just they rip so hard with only a pipe which is what u saw here. The zilla is still the fastest out the box quad to date

It's the 500 stock. I bet it's was. The 450 it's mod. 500 it's King of the hill out a 500 mod it out. Shi 566 cc then put a stroke kit in.
