Yes he is. At the beginning, listen closely to the single, yet plucked note Jared is playing. Watch his plucking, and listen carefully to the notes. Then at 0:26 the guitar is playing what for my whole life until now I thought was the bass line. This is definitely live.

This is just PAL 50fps., it is just pushed into a 720-50p stream. This is as good as PAL gets, and was the quality we got on our screens with the correct reception (not always). The stereo sound is also very good for a live concert!
