It simply means just like you have option to choose between old and new tax regime...you can choose to avail ltc as per rules for normal govt officials. One hometown and one all india in four years..one each for block of 2 years

Respected sir Fresh recruits agar total, 8 times LTC leta hai to total kitni baar / kitne days ki leave encasement kara sakta hai, aur agar starting ke 8 year me leave encasement karata hai to ye number of encasement days total 60 days of leave encasement of entire services balance me se deduct honge ya first 8 years me leave encasement bhi seperate aur reserve hai.

Please explain the rule : if a central Govt. officer (Old employee) promotes from pay level 7 to pay level 10 in October 2023 and their pay fixation could not be done due to some reason He has also not availed any LTC during the block year 2022-2025. Then whether he is entitled for LTC by Air (as per LTC entitlement of pay level 10 ) or he is entitled for AC 2 tier train ( as per admissibility of pay level 7) for the block year 2022-2025. If eligible for LTC as per pay level 10 please so me the rule and vice versa.

Sir, plz resolve my query : I am working i level 7 in central government since 2015. As per department of expenditure's OM dated 31/12/2021, the air tickets are to be bought only through 3 authorised agents viz. ATT, BLCL & IRCTC only. So, my question is whether now can't we purchase air tickets directly from the airlines booking counter or websites for LTC to Andeman? Plz reply sir, i have to travel in next few days and this new OM is very ambiguous. Thanks

सामान्यता एलटीसी को किस ब्लॉक ईयर में शामिल किया जाए यह निर्धारित करने के लिए outward जर्नी के वर्ष को देखा जाता है भले ही वापसी की यात्रा अगले वर्ष पूरी की गई हो, परंतु क्या यह शर्त उन लोगों के ऊपर भी लागू होगी जिन्हें प्रतिवर्ष एलटीसी दी जाती है, अर्थात नई भर्ती की दशा में जिन लोगों को शुरु के 8 वर्षों में प्रतिवर्ष एलटीसी दी जाती है, तो क्या ऐसे कर्मचारियों को वापसी की यात्रा भी उसी वर्ष ही पूरी करनी होती है या वह वापसी की यात्रा को अगले वर्ष में भी कर सकते हैं। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें और यह प्रावधान एलटीसी नियम के किस रूल में दिए गए हैं वह भी बताने का कष्ट करें।

if duty place of employee is guwahati, his family live in Chandigarh. He wants to avail all india LTC ( Andaman& Nicobar) for self along with family. can he (self) travels from guwahati to chandigarh by entitled mode and then with family chandigarh to andaman& Nicobar. return journey is also via this route.

Yes, you can travel anywhere. BUT the reimbursement is limited to direct journey from Head Quarter (Duty Place) to destination.

LTC entitlement is admissible after one year of regular service. Then in first eight years, each year LTC is admissible as 1st HT, 2nd HT, 3rd HT, 4th All India, 5th HT, 6th HT, 7th HT, 8th All India LTC. after completion of this cycle normal LTC block of 4 years is applicable.
