Your Lola Bag is so adorable! I haven't tried out that bag pattern yet. But I have finished probably 15 Annettes (also by Swoon) in the last couple of years.

Have you seen the technique of using a mallet to hammer down really thick fabric to sew? I've seen it with denim, thinking it might work with cork.
