bruh my after effects is retarted when i preview it is slo moed and the audio is slowwed as well please someone help me

still need help with this? if so, try turning on cached playback, also try holding shift and clicking general under preferences, a secret tab called "secret" will open up, try setting purge after frames to 2. And idk how much you know about after effects but it could also be that your preview fps is set to 30 and the clips are 60. always check that.

flow sync but a nice cc from a free pf you can just copy and will look nice if u have a shitty cc. Also use s_shake alot and u will be fine.
