Formula which are using by you for calculation of PCI is not correct Correction:- Suppose we are having PSS value 2 and SSS value 167 for max possible PCI value in LTE So, formula will be PCI= 3*167+2 PCI= 503 So, PCI values will be from 0 to 503 means maxm possible value of PCI could 504. Correct me if I'm wrong Thanks

plmn is broadcasted by network in SIB1 and plmn is also stored in SIM card. So ue will look for same plmn which is stored in its sim.
