If you giving frontend interview learn the language properly then learn one framework. If you giving backend , then same choose one language which you are comfortable and then build apis with it

I feel answers are very normal, if I was the interviewer i would have rejected you. Reason being all the answers need to improve as example promise implementation can be a function rather you making the change in the code. In scope you could have mentioned about closure. The explanation for closure was very theoretical and can be good if you would have given a proper use case or code.

Because when he already pushed foo in name so when he console 1st time he gets ["foo"] and then he again pushed bar to name so he gets ["foo","bar"]
