Hello Jaroslav,Here is a response from one of our engineers.Thanks. LTpowerCAD needs the installation of the Microsoft .net framework (>=3.5 if I remember correctly) as a pre-requisite to run the program. I have had installations choke on the attempt to load .net Does the user’s attempt block on that step, or subsequent? Can he send screen shot(s) with the error message(s)
