So how do you replace the bearing that was bad? Didn’t see that part.

You can pull the carrier out and tap them out with a long screw driver or if they are locked up you can weld a bolt to the bearing and the tap it out that way. You need to be careful so that the bearing comes out even, so tap one side then the other on the bearing your trying to remove.
