The reason why they are confiscating those snacks is because their snacks are not healthy and contain a lot of carbohydrates and sugar which makes them lose the energy to practice hard and eventually make them lazy if they frequently eat them. The food in survival shows are organic and good to boost their energy. Instant noodles and Cookies don't help.

you’re right, except how carbs and sugar don’t provide energy. They do, it’s just that they’re fatty acids which aren’t good for your health and only boost your energy temporarily. But yes, organic food is much better overall ^^
