Thanks Luis, for the tips ! I broke my ankle last month after I had a 9 month recovery from my ACL. The last few weeks I had a lot of negative thoughts like "why is this happening to me", " I have to quit parkour" . Now I realise that times are changing and I have to accept it. Only by accepting it I can look forward and look for new opportunities. There is a big chance that i will not be able to train like I used too, but I think I can accept that now. I am really thankful for the memories and opportunities that parkour has given me. I guess this is the art of letting go for me.

On the 180 cat, you can do it even faster if you put both your feet at a same hight so when you dip down the first time, you put one leg down for the swing and do the 180 jump... so in the video you dip down twice, but with this technique you have to dip down only once ☺️.
