They explained in the reveal video that Coen (the guy in the trailer) has silver poisoning from working in the mines. The silver weakens him as a vampire but it also prevents him from fully turning, so he can walk in daylight.

I absolutely love the concept of each vampire being a soldier of certain medieval society. Like the mongol one and etc. Its a sick idea having vampires from different ethnicity that are from different times of human society: The bald vampire appears to be carrying a Roman era weapon, probably a gladius, which could be a good indicator of how old the vampire is. The other looks like Genghis Khan or any nomad from Mogolic descent.

0:21 Some devs left CD Projekt Red, but important ones - like game director of The Witcher 3, or story designer of the Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, and others guys The main reason was, that they didn't like, the new way, which CDPR wanted to go with the story and game. CDPR CEO explained at the video, that they have to be now more careful about the story telling, or in-game character relations, hidden messages, meaning, etc because they realized now, how huge impact their games have and how many players can be affected by their games, so now they will make sure, that production is going on the right way. So for me it looks like w,o,k,e, s,h,i,t. The new studio is called Rebel Wolves - so even the studio name is the clear sign what happened.

I saw a lot of people asking if the vampires were actually "good" with common folks. And I don't think so, but I do think that the reaction of the Vampire saving the girl was due the fact, unlike the soldiers, he didn't see them both as a menace. Just like an animal, normally an animal don't attack unless it feels danger.

Thank you for having a balanced reaction to this game. So many content creators that I normally trust are being SUPER critical of this game because of the small amount of actual gameplay they showed at the end, and the day/night cycle. Almost all of it has been either taken out of context or blown out of proportion. I really think a LOT of content creators who covered this saw Coh's review and took notes without watching it, because it's like they were watching a totally different video to what I watched. Maybe it's the accents that tripped them up? Not sure. Either way, everything I saw has made me excited to see more, and I totally expected only a small snipped of actual gameplay in this presentation. It looks good. I'm curious for more. Looking forward to (American) summer so I can see the full gameplay reveal.

The time system is probably very inspired from the God of War one (which IMO, it was amazing) where you can explore all you want, but certain main quests are going to trigger events that would drastically change the gameplay/environment, for example in God Of War, every time you interact with the giant snake, the water level gets lower/higher and you have new parts of the map to discover, like caves that were underwater and etc.
