Check with your state attorney general’s office. In my state, the realtor is not obligated to tell the buyer anything. But the seller must disclose everything. If the seller doesn’t disclose, the buyer have up to two years to sue the seller. When I purchase a house, one of the documents I review thoroughly is the seller’s disclosure statement.

That's creepy! I will not buy a house this old no matter how cheap it is. It's an old haunted house that's why it's so cheap. Should have suspected that there may be something wrong with this house before u buy it. Why didn't u record the moaning sound with your phone n play it to everyone so that they believe u. I will not want to live in a haunted house like this especially when i have to be home alone.
