The fact that the first guy goes along with this and actually helps him out contrasts his original attitude, and the subversion is seen as surprising and funny. It happens again, with the first guy suddenly getting aggressive( trying to pick a fight again), and the entire scenario repeats with the second guy this time, ending in them going on a date which once again subverts expectations and is surprising and funny. On the TikTok Luca sent: The entire situation is not only surreal (what kind of crocs can go super saiyan?) which some people naturally find hilarious, but also possesses a contrast (wherein Crocs, a shoe that people generally make fun of, is given an amazing superpower) that gets a laugh out of people.
