The diagram can happen under two conditions with each condition having a different solutions. The first condition it can happen from is an erection, for which the solution is simple, just push the tip down. The second condition is cold temperatures, for which there is two solutions, either wait for pp to get warm and come back out to hang down OR acquire erection and push the tip down.

If you are cimcursised it's hard for it to happen. But if you still have foreskin and wake up after a long time, the skin is just over the pp hole and it makes the pee go in two directions or splits. It's even worse if you are standing up it can wet all your pants in 2 seconds even if you notice

This happened to me, but with a cooler full of ice-water. I *did not* use the bathroom in the cooler, I just thought that it would be okay to sit on a cooler. However, I didn't know that the cooler wasn’t close properly. I was about five years old at the time, and at the time, I could have easily fallen into a cooler, and I did.
