The film Frances has got to be one of the most emotional movies ever. The superb acting and the brilliant John Barry score together always leave me with tears at the end. Should have won an Oscar.

I had a friend whose father was chief psychiatrist at Pilgrim State Hospital, raised on its grounds. His Dad performed numerous lobotomies. I never was able to complete his AIDS Quilt Panel. I saw this film many years ago
