Sab sahi hai bro. Razor muscle is people choice. But razor claw just work like weakness policy. We perfer muscle because it makes luca spin faster during e speed and provides better damage while spining in e speed animation. U can compare in training mode too. ❤❤

The reason you use muscle band on all builds of lucario is due to the fact that muscle synergises much better than razor. Razor Claw has an internal cooldown of 1.5 secs and only deals additional damage to single opponent. Razor gives you more burst and you should use razor if enemy has low hp targets or character like dodrio whose movement speed gauge get's messed up by razor slow . In comparison muscle band gives you faster farm clear , helps you clear objectives easier and lets you chunk high hp targets with your autos considering luca autos doesn't have much presence due to his natural low attack stat . E speed spin auto attack attack also procs muscle band and the muscle band additional damage also works on multiple targets. Lucario's boosted auto also procs muscle band two times making it more effective. Razor is fine in some comps but muscle works way better in comparison and play style of lucario.

mai toh muscle band, razor claw and atk weight khelta hun dono move pe haha. Jokes apart atk weight ke alawa baki 3 ki jagah koi bhi 2 item laga sakte ho. Power up punch ke baad ek boosted attack milta hai, agar Power up punch khel rahe ho toh just uske baad bhi ek basic marte hain then go into close combat, aisa combo rehta hai, to razor claw kaam karta hai uspe bhi, muscle band is always useful against objectives, weakness policy isliye kyunki usually lucario bheed mei ghusne wala hota hai toh 4stack aram se hojate hain , teeno item ke apne use hain aur koi bhi item ek move ke liye exclusive nahi hai. the main difference is the battle item. E speed pe full heal chahiye aur power up punch pe eject button , lekin humare mahashay streamer jo delhpx pe buddy barrier khelte the unka held item dono move pe X attack hota tha XD . Acche videos bana rahe ho, ek suggestion deta hun, aisa oi character pe video banana rahe toh koi aise bande se puchna help karne ko jo boht zyada khela hua hai aur kuch success mila ho usko us character pe. voh kai cheezein aisi choti choti bata dega jo casual players dhyan bhi nai dete, it will help improve the quallity of the video atleast character pe based.

@@Uniteclepres Moveset depend krta hai . Spark with wildcharge sure all attackers and most all all-rounders ko ho jata hai . Baki discharge se bhi ho jata hai one shot . Damage ke liye held Item lv 20+ and better emblem setup hona chaiye .

E. Speed pe faida nhi hai bol sakte ho . Agar lagana ho toh weakness ke badle lagao toh better hoga . But Charging charm on Power up punch Op hai . Agar lucario accha se chalana ata hai toh power up punch pe weakness ke badle charging charm lagaya Karo .
