Well, I looked at the google pokemon of the year and Lucario is in 2nd place and Zoroark is no where to be seen. So ya, the fact Zoroark is more popular than or even as popular as Lucario is super wrong. Plus, Zoroark burnt himself so hard that Lucario doesn't even need to burn him. I mean Zoroark brings up the fact that Lucario fights the regi trio while he can change into the legendary dogs says that Lucario can go toe to toe with legendaries whereas Zoroark has to transform into one to become useful. Are you sure you want to mention that Zoroark?

Everyone seems to be forgetting that Regular Lucario is actually slightly better Special Attacker and i bet that Modest Lucario that holds Life Orb would OKO Zoroark with Vacuum Wave. Phantom Bladerunner How? Zoroark can't outspeed a Priority move. Lucario uses Vacuum Wave first, deals damage. Then Zoroark uses Flamethrower, Lucario hangs on his Sash, Then Lucario finishes with last Vacuum Wave. Lucario Wins. He doesn't even need to Mega evolve.

Dundee Horn ditto and Zoroark are different from one key reason. Zoroark’s ability allows itself to transform into the last pokemon in your party while ditto just uses transform mid battle. The key is that Zoroark has mainly only been seen as rarely a disguise as a shiny legend in the old games or disguised as the last Pokémon in your party, while ditto transforms into something mid battle and does not change back when hit by a move.
