I was always insecure about my body even at a young age, when I was 9 I was already 5,1 and weighed 112 pounds I thought that was overweight because it was more then 100 so I stop eating as much as I could but then my stomach started hurting and went right back to snacking I even cried at night cause I wanted to have a body like some of the older girls at my school. But now I have grown to love my body and take care of it not eating to much and eating enough.

I just got to my preteen stage, and I am so insecure about my body. I’m only 11 but I am 5’4 and weigh 110 pounds. I cry and do those “thinner waist” workouts every night, but nothing is changing. I never eat lunch, and even though the girls at my school pig out at lunch, they’re all only between 70-80 pounds. I’ve started eating less and less dinner and my weight is still going up.
