Cade a eficiencia ensinada pelo mestre helio no jiu jitsu atual? Sem querer desmerecer a vitoria do lucas mas nao vejo eficiencia nenhuma em uma guarda dessas. A guarda dele é sinistra mas convenhamos, é necessario diferenciar Jiu jitsu competitivo de Brazilian Jiu Jitsu....

These matches where guys just hold the lapel the whole time makes it really boring and not very skillful. They should’ve given the batch to Renato for trying allot harder.

Not sure what Canuto is mad about in the end. This is what he did to langhi. He just scored and bored the whole time .

what match were you watching? lol bored? he was doing acrobatic passes the whole match and actively putting pressure and going for passes. he didn't score the passes but he wasn't stalling at all, he fought till the last second.

KZ you misread my comment . At the end , canuto was mad that his opponent stalled and didn’t try to advance . Canuto tried in this match but he scored two points in the first 45 seconds against langhi, and then did nothing the next 9 minutes and even got 2 and almost 3 penalties for it which would have given Michael langhi the match . So it’s funny to me he’s mad here the opponent wouldn’t open up the game and he got out pointed

Chandiwira Beza i felt like renato was just upset that he couldnt get the pass or any advantages for it. its common for athletes to lose and get frustrated when these matches are so close. Ibjjf refs are not consistent so i think that frustrates alot of the athletes too. And no i dont think renato was stalling against langhi. he was on top and constantly going for passes, langhi was defending and couldnt hit any sweeps neither. he did get 2 penalties, but again ibjjf are not consistent. the advantages and penalties and often biased. renato was up 2 so the ref probably just wanted to see more action. Theres so much grip fighting in these high level Gi matches, i dont think penalties should be given when guys are fighting for grips. its just my opinions though.
