Very very often Lucas also points out that Kibo is beautiful/handsome and cute and that he doesn't need to lose weight. Even Kibo teased Lucas a few times about losing his 6-pack, it's all light-hearted, they are a serious couple who would not have been together so lovingly for so long if they do constant 'toxic' things to each other. When Kibo minds something, he says so (like even in this vid haha), he would have said something about the nickname, too, and Lucas cares too deeply about him to continue using a potentially scalding nickname for 7+ years to the man who he's said several times is essentially his whole life.
