I highly recommend and suggest that you guys should definitely tell the police about the address so that the officer can actually help to identify this stalker so that the officer can put a hidden camera somewhere outside so that the stalker cannot see the camera. And then, if you guys want to check that outside area where the stalker lives, hide somewhere so that he’ll not know that you’re not in there but also be safe and quickly call the police somewhere private so that the stalker cannot hear you. When the police arrive, the stalker will be gone and be in prison forever.
