Once my PS3 copy of story mode was being weird. Took me ages to get back to my save file. When I finally did, for some reason, instead of Petra being the texture for her with lost memory, it was her standard one. (This was the part where you have to board the wither storm.)

The wither storm is a very cool concept, giving a creature of destruction almost infinite power. You just need some intelligence to use the command block correctly though, which is why it was still able to be killed.
