Don’t ever stop for pedestrian in unmarked areas. You are creating a dangerous situation for them. Just because you see them doesn’t mean other drivers can.

Yeah, that's fair. There was a cutout in the median, so it wasn't clear if it was an official crossing or not, but in hindsight I should have kept going - especially on a road like Aurora.

Nothing I can say about Seattle Drivers, Issaquah drivers, and Bellevue drivers would sound good. But either the driving schools have failed like our education system, people just don't give a rip about laws even though you're driving a 3k+ machine that can kill someone easily at 35mph, or there is an influx of people with new licenses and they are used to their home country.
