I love the rain and love the water, it's the one true nature sound that I have found I can depend upon to brighten my night and calm me so I can sleep more peacefully, I suffered from a stroke many years ago that left me stressing about what will happen next and it left doubts in my mind for many years. I don't think about it no where near as much as I use to but would say that rain -relaxation thunder gave me a reprieve from it all. Love you all and anyone battling late nights and insomnia.🦋❤💙

This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either.
