I worked in Luzern for 6 months in the 1980s . Loved it .! It IS one of the most beautiful places in Europe. My favourite memory is - emerging from Pickwicks - the English pub - having over indulged I managed to fall into the river Reuss . I managed to climb out and walked home dripping wet . Attracted many dubious looks from passers by..!
