I got this watch for Christmas and it's really special. I like the Meistersinger watches and this one looks a bit like those. The strap is really cheap but that was to be expected, once changed it will be awesome. Thanks for the review!

+Klaas Deforche I looked up these Meistersinger watches and it's true they look so similar to the Luch.
@KlaasDeforche7 жыл бұрын
corght yeah they do, but they are quite expensive. I came upon this Luch watch when searching for an alternative to the Meistersinger watches. An other watch that is similar is the Cortese C12502.

Sorry for the spam corght, but the Alpha Sundial is an other affordable alternative.

Klaas Deforche Oh nice thanks for the info. This Alpha is very nice, it has more of a military look. And also with the date. I didn't know about this one. Great!

Lol I can see the address from instruction manual, it's their showroom which is not far from me. Luch(ch is read as you read in "charter") can be translated as ray or beam and the company was acquired by swiss franck muller some time ago.

Oh ok nice to know, thanks for the info.

The movement is made by lunch as well as the entire watch. It's a company with quite some history and a swiss company invested in them. Basically it's not a cheap China watch it's an actual old school russian watch made by a traditional manufacturer

Yeah for the price it's a pretty good deal.

Yeah it's not a cheap Chinese watch, just a cheap Russian watch.

My Luch is loaded with movement. Which is strange, ¿or is it normal? I understand that it is a manual mechanic

Yes. Stop when it feels tight.

Any color strap would work fine. The strap makes a watch like rims makes the look of a car.

The Chrystal looks flat to me. Pobeda 15 jewel movement I suspect. Millions of them were made.

neil piper The movement is a Luch 1801.1 in-house from the factory, 15 jewel, 38 hour power reserve. Luch have always made small movements. It’s a flat mineral lens. Chromed brass case with I think a SS case-back.
