I know it. Lucia is a criminal and Jason is a police officer. The police officials give a mission to Jason to bust a criminal organisation and guess what they hire Lucia as a partner of Jason because Lucia was a part of the criminal organisation they start working for the organisation and prove their worthyness for the organisation. But as the part of the plan some corrupt police officials betray Jason . So Jason and Lucia take revenge on the police and destroy the criminal organisation. 1.in the scene where Lucia was interviewd by a lady officer is where Lucia gets hired by police officials. 2. Escaping in a muscle car of Lucia and Jason is the part where they both prove their worthyness for the criminal organisation. 3.the bikini girl is Lucia . 4.The tracker on Lucia ankle is security for police to not get betrayal from Lucia. The mysterious part of the whole story is the relationship of Lucia and Jason last till end or not. My theory is that after getting betrayed by police Jason start doubting Lucia The scene where Lucia and Jason getting intimate is an strong point to prove that. And the dialogue of Lucia is very much to convince Jason . But all that is a theory and rockstar never disappoint as.
