That pod-shaped item is called a tatting shuttle. You use it to "tat" lace. My grandmother tatted lace well into her 90s & it was something to behold.

In the beginning, that is a very beautiful antique tatting shuttle. The tatter would wrap the inner Bo in with number 10 thread. The original name for tatting is (French) frivolity. ❤

The two long green beads are from the pull strings of the jade bracelet. The first sliver item was a tatting shuttle for making lace like edges for ladies handkerchiefs.

The silver bracelet that looked like it said s.o.u...looked to me like it was in Hebrew...I enlarged the video...and that is what it looked like or seemed like to me from what I was seeing. I'm not sure though. Also, it looked like there was a drawn picture or stamp of a "couple " on there...together..I would have to look again though.
