When Bute was ruling,was the greatest atmosphere in boxing I ever witnessed.Made me want to drive to Montreal to see live.That Arena was madness.I think he became comfortable,stopped growing.He needed a few more muscle pounds.Not to much to hinder speed and coordination,but enough to build some neck and chest bulk.When he left Montreal,was meeting fighters who put that time in.Had he done the same ,he could of done more.Liked watching him.That fight with Andrede (spelling unsure?),Bute worked,pounded him entire fight,then last 12seconds Bute tired out.He did beat the count,even if ref wasn't being distracted.Bute plastered that guy entire fght,was right he didn't lose over that.He could of went down twice and still beat the score cards.Was Showbox,watching his crowd,was as if John,Paul ,George and Ringo walked in.Would of been a treat,but to far up north,but felt the bleacher stomping,clear to Scranton.

In the first fight with Adrade Bute faded badly the last 3 rounds. He did have a big lead but he looked like he was gonna be Ko'd in the 11th or 12th.

Lucian Bute si boxul profesionist,...Lucian,ar fi bine sa scrii o carte despre boxul profesionist sau boxul e mai mult decat un sport,...boxul reprezinta caracterul,valoarea martiala. Nu exagerez deloc daca spun ca Bute este cel mai bun boxeur roman.Să mai fie si altii macar pe jumate cat a fost Lucian Bute,atât.

@Ronz93 Bute doesn't want him? Dude how naive was that... It's all about staff and organization, not "want or not want". Froch had no better opponents than Bute, and his technique is below Bute's. In a direct match, which i think will happen sooner or later, Bute would be favorite but you can never say Froch would easily beat Bute or otherwise. You should know that there's not such thing as "easily" in boxing, otherwise your opinion counts for crap.

@Ronz93 Ok this is your opinion, it's cool but mine is different. Bute's esquives (it's French but wtv) are, to me, superior to Froch's, and his punches are no way soft. Yes, delivering timed liver shots alone does make you a hell of a good body puncher, but Bute does way more than that. And Bute is not slow, he's just not as careless as others (for instance, Ward, sometimes), and is actually a pretty fast combo thrower.

you want American fighters to stop looking down on European fighters, beat one. Hell the only European to beat an American recently was the British-Irish Tyson Fury and that was only because Cunningham was so much damn smaller than he was, and he knocked his ass down!!! not a big fan of Fury to be honest, he talks to much for my liking. But seriously, Americans have a right to look down on european fighters, very rarely do we lose to them
