I went to JA in 1996 after I was run over a little in the US. I owned a business and had 2 young boys 1 and 8. I was at Sandals and chartered a bus for 2 days. I feel in love with Jamaica right then. 2 years later we landed in Townhead and Sav. I spent the next 16 years living in JA as a missionary. This song played over and over in the bus. I fell in love with my Mobay queen and married in 2009. I was run over again, this time bad, I'm crippled and in pain. I can't get back there they say but I'm going to fight like I've never fought before to return to the land that I once knew, to peacefully rest in the Paradise river and sit under an almond tree curled up under my bush hat in a straight down monsoon. Why are they killing each other down there so much, my ppl?
