I think Luciano also operates so differently from from some of the other dons/captains which is why this man is such a great leader. Anything he's led, (afaik) his team has always backed him. Obviously he probs doesn't know about the 'making Yuno quit stuff' but both the character and the streamer know when to give and take/ when to step up and step back and it makes for enjoyable leader RP. PS on Lang, this was my guess when all that shit was happening with making him quit G6 was that he OOC had and idea about the cards and just wanted to make sure that he was not encouraging Yuno to stay in G6 for the possibility of cards but then Marty kinda jumped on that too which is what really made it feel like he was ganged up on.

One of the biggest issues the don's had with Yuno and his G6 adventure; is an issue that still remains but simply got out weighed because of the potential PNY cards. The issue being Yuno not really integrating with the rest of the crew. That being said; I think the entire crew is feeling a general sense of disconnect; which probably comes from the lack of big group meetings so everyone can go back & forth a bit, ask questions, know what the others are doing etc. I felt the first couple friday meetings were just dons recap and splitt off; more recently Vito & Clark started speaking up, asking questions. If the friday meetings had continued and more people started to speak up, the current fiasco with Yuno could've been prevented. Maybe Yuno & Gigi warning the crew during a big meeting could've prevented it all, but having only really told a couple people, right after a heist, didn't convey it as a "big issue" hence the disconnect. Currently it feels like if Queenie joined; which would be heavily influenced by Yuno, will depend on how the RP plays out. If she's in, then she might be "in for the cause" regardless of Yuno's potential future with the crew. It could also play out that if she's in, she would want to stick with Yuno as a duo because of their connection/relationship/history, much or similar to how potentially Tony/Octo or Martin/Larry duos are, which potentially makes her future with the crew uncertain from the get-go if that's the case.
