I have been lucid dreaming since I was a teenager, not every night but quite often. The one thing I try to do is find out what day or year it is. Sometimes I manage to find out and other times I get told by the person I’m asking tells me they’re not allowed to tell me lol. It’s so cool to play around with manifestations

I have alway been a dreamer .. It runs in my family but I seem to the most consistent .. I get all my ideas in my dreams I hear music , I fly I go to places .. The only time I ever specifically engaged with my dreams was a few years ago when I wanted to control the narrative,; I started practice to make myself wake up during the dream and at one point the strangest thing happened .. I woke up between REM and I saw the images strobing to the right as my body vibrated to the left .. it was quite extraordinary!! Usually it gives me a headache when I do this .. But when it occurs normally .. I have no issues . Now I'm usually aware of when I'm dreaming and if I wake up for whatever reason I can go back to it and continue with the same dream .. After years of experiencing lucid dreaming I know the FIELD where I dream.. it's different from other so called normal dream time.. and I use THAT field to solve problems to look at things and get a deeper understanding of an issue.. and I have no stress ..What I am particularly chuffed about is I get ALL my amazing ideas from dreams ! I here music and I hear clear words names and see real ppl Etc.. for the most part I tend to let my subconscious decide what I see; a few years ago I got a symbol which turned out to be a powerful breath technique which is amazing and I'm writing a book about it currently . I would research cosmology and quantum physics Etc and if I want to get a simple perspective I would do it I'm my dreams and it's been amazing processing these big concepts in my dreams and coming up with the correct understanding . Even though some Ppl like myself seem to have a predisposition or genetic advantage , I believe dreaming is for everyone it's a great tool once developed : As I review this Comment I'm now aware how advanced my skills with my Dream time has developed ; I've been Entering the Lucid dreaming field and sorting Out stuff without realising how far I've come and I've been doing this for years !! So if you're reading this and you're Keen to develop your dreaming skills be PATIENT with yourself .. the phychic realm is a huge lands scape and we all have our own unique pathways to accessing it.. but go with it , keep in mind it's not a marathon ! There's no one to compete with , it's an exercise of TIME and awareness ; gentle Observation with intention for personal development of an Amazing yet complex tool and you will be rewarded 🙏🏾🌀⚡️

I have had astral projections (Out-of-body experience) and Lucid dreams , I would like to astral project or have lucid dream every night , that feeling you get when you realize that you're lucid dreaming and you know that you are free to do what every you want is something inexplicable , but unfortunately I often get too excited that this excitement wakes me up. But I think that lucid dream isn't just dream , maybe our spirit ( consciousness ) is leaving from body to some other worlds, I have had lucid dreams where I visit my grandmother who died in 2014 and in those dreams I know that she is dead and even she have been surprised when she sees me, in first dream she was confused , like she wasn't sure that if I can see her, but when she was sure that I can see her , then she asked me to say something to my mother. (I am 100% sure that it wasn't just a dream, I think somehow I have been to able to visit her). Hopefully my English is understandable.

This is how I do it: When I prepare to go to bed I put on headphones and/or listening to a video. What I then do is present subsequent videos as I grow in a deeper sleep. Once in a dream state, once I hear/understand that the subject matter is related to the video I immediately recognize that I am dreaming. Once I recognize I am dreaming, I then control where I want to take the dream.

@@hs5956 >> Hi. For example last night 🌙 I had lucid dreams. I was at this house and we had people over that turned into a big gathering. I met all these people I had never seen before and had some incredible and terrifying experiences all wrapped into my dream. I had animals that had wandered from the house during the gathering and I went around the neighborhood trying to get them back. I was going into people's homes and had intimate encounters with them. I could feel a whole range of emotions while dreaming. Was able to glide through the air from place to place. Many times certain parts of the dreams end up in my real life. It could be the location of the dream or the people or animals in the dream. Last night though a couple of my animals that had passed away came to me in my dream. I reconnect with lost loved ones frequently and I connect with future loved ones as well. All while I'm sleeping. Sometimes I dream of events that end up happening in the near future.

They didn't answer but I will, lucid dreams may be fun,but the reality of them are so real, that it may scare you, when having regular dreams, you can actually feel and know that it's a dream, but lucid dreams, seem so real, that they are,so it's like your brain is wide awake, but your sleeping,so whatever you can see in real life, you see in a dream, and your brain don't know the difference,so it's very much reality, most importantly,it helps you to problem solve, and figure shit out, that you can apply to the real world,

I've learned of this ability in my teenage age years. It started with playing a video game. I played it, not being able to figure out how to get passed a certain point. So, I layed down to sleep. Just as I entered RMS my brain answered my question. I got up played the game and won. Now, that I'm older, I trouble shoot PCB's. When I go home and I think about my issues I have with a pcb. I'll dream about it and fix the issue. The next day I goto work and fix the problem I was having. I love the ability of the brain. The answers are there, you just have to listen.

Practice various breath-work in your hypnogogic phases of transitioning into sleep to allow deeper dives into lucid dreaming. A very slow count to 8 inhale, hold for 8, exhale for 8, hold for 8 (start with 4 if 8 is too difficult). The US Navy calls it box breathing to remain focused in times of extreme stress - but there are several other names as well.

In the lucid dreaming state my interactions are with so many people from all over the universe. It's definitely another dimension, and in many ways nicer than here because I can bail out anytime. Many times there's a takeaway message. Funny thing, when I get up to go to the bathroom I'll sometimes say "Hold that thought, I'll be right back" and the dream will resume. My friends spend huge amounts of money traveling worldwide, whereas I feel like I can easily be in these places, perform tasks, interact with people, sometimes the deceased, sometimes working at jobs, and often teaching.

Ive been able to control my dreams since about 1st grade. It started after I was being chased by a dragon. In the dream, I realized they didnt exsist and started pinching myself because I knew ai was dreaming. I woke up pinching myself. Since then, I can realize Im dreaming atleast once a month. Atleast. I start jumping and flying around i to the clouds. Its an awesome feeling because its like a roller coaster. My adrenaline goes up. I laugh. I smile. And thats how I wake up. My heart pumping with a smile on my face. As I got older, I know dream stuff I want to dream. When i was younger i was scared of zombies. Now. I can have those dreams of me chasing them and shootimg them. Im not running from them anymore. I am chasing them. Shooting them. I cant control all of dreams. But i find hints in my dreams that are telling me to take control. So i read an article that days in a dream, everything changes repeatedly. Look at one person. Look away. And look back. Itll be a different face. In my dream. I notice it and then its my world. I dont always notice it. But when I do, game on. Also. Ill be in a house or a building. Ill walk down a hallway and come to and i intersection of hallways. Ill look left. Right. And left again and now, the hallway to my left is just a wall. So i know immediately that im dreaming. Im almost 40. Ive been doimg this and gettimg better at it since i was in 1st grade. I dont have them as i often did.when i was younge. But. When i have those dreams, i can control them alot better. I can actually have sex with someone i fantasize about. I know im dreaming. But its almost like virtual reality.

In fact we are not human, we are spiritual beings having a human being experience . I believe dreams are one of the keys into our evolution . One of my ex girlfriends even told me she learned how to drive in her dreams . One of my goals is to master lucid dreaming . Through this mastery I feel I can awaken the powers within me . I have been doing this a long time and it is incredibly difficult but, worth the effort. I was always an really vivid dreamer which was great when the dreams were good but, I was plagued by vivid nightmares two or three nights a week. These dreams were so real that they were more like memories the next day. It would actually cause me a lot of anxiety. The biggest hurdle is being able to recognize that you're dreaming. After that, it gets much easier. Meditation and THC also helps me tremendously. I smoke a bit and meditate right before bed.

I had one amazing lucid dream, sci fi setting, alien weapons, apocalypse/end of days scenario, where I was consious while most people were in a zombie state and slave like. My choices were left or right at first, but I knew I was in a dream, and then I could go roof top level/ground level/underground. Eventually I was leading a group of conscious people, who stood out from the zombie like crowds, through a futuristic mall being defended by robots, who were overseeing an evacuation. The robots started to search for the consious of us and I had to either take them out or avoid them. My group survived and I woke up, saying I'll come back. Havnt been able to lucid dream since. Its been over 1 year now. Also, when I woke up after the lucid dream, it was 3.33am and I had 33% battery on my phone. Something I noticed that gave me a shiver, like it was a significant moment in my life.

There was a time i was having issues recognizing reality from dreams, i have another life while asleep, I've seen and already experienced the end of the world so many times in many ways in my dreams and if im completely honest! Im really starting to believe they visions. The terror in their screaming, buildings falling, the chaos and destruction sounds make u go insane, and that great tsunami at the horizon approaching fast but slowly cause of that horrific size, whipping anything and everything, theres no scape. Issues how!! I can feel pain, i can eat and taste the food, i can do more things then the things i can do in this plane of reality, i get stuck in dreams and can't seem to find a way out sometimes. Lucid dreams are memories from past events sometimes, sometimes from upcoming events, lucid dreams can feel like heaven sometimes... but it also becomes a travel to hell without the need of dead.... sometimes.

Hi there, 10 years of experience in lucid dreaming, and 6 since I do it with more control. What helps for me, besides having a healthy sleeping habits (Optimal: regular scheduled hours, good ambient, relaxation routine, other necessities [hunger, thirst, bonds, others] fulfilled, etc...), is meditating. I've also been meditating for 19 years, and with enough time you are in deep awareness of the physical and non-physical world (world of ideas) in both a deep meditative state and deep dreaming state. You can often feel similarities, too. Sometimes it's like I'm meditating, I fall sleep, but I'm counscious about me being sleep. It feels like dissolving, but then with enough time (hours, but it feels like a blink), you enter the oniric realm. This method can also help you ease the night terrors that might arise, nightmares, and sleep paralysis, since towards the goal of "dissolving", the practice encourages breathing naturally through relaxation, and the body does answer well. Disclosure: About 8 years into meditation, I developed Insomnia thanks to confusing my practice. I didn't have a teacher. If you need help, by all means, get in touch with someone who can support you. Ask the pillow who it might be.

I actually had a lucid dream just this past Thursday, I first meditated to cleanse my mind and aura , then i asked the universe for what i would like clarity on and played more frequencies as I drifted into what seemed like and alternate universe, not even kidding i saw and herd things and even jumped out of the state just out of fear, i wasn’t fully asleep but trapped on the cusp of sleep and awake.

Calea zacatechichi, also called dream herb and bitter grass, is a shrub plant that primarily grows in Mexico. It has a long history of use for all kinds of health issues, especially gastrointestinal concerns. Indigenous groups, including the Chontal Maya, have also used it for improved mental clarity and dream enhancement. Today, it’s a popular herb among people looking to induce hallucinations or try lucid dreaming. Knowledge is Power 👌👍

I've been able to have lucid dreams since i was a kid, i don't think everyone can have them, you need to have a very powerful imagination to begin with, most people when i told them that i could wake up and go back to sleep and control and start where i left off in my dreams thought i was nutts., Its no surprise that Tesla and Einstein can do this as there ENTP's like myself we possess powerful imaginations once you lean to harness its truly remarkable.

Since I found alkalinity I really have no recall of any dreams when I sleep . Since I found alkalinity , I sleep 3 to 4 hours through the warm months and 5 to 6 through the cold . I do spend much of my time now an affirmation through self meditation In what I call my acidic 48 , I never felt rested , I was abused by many because of my snoring . throughout my life I've had strong feelings and Vivid memories of deja vu living this space in time before even more now . I was 25 and in a psychology class in 1977 and I asked the professor about my lucid dreaming and I don't believe he believed me. He knew nothing about it. I am also a musicians and there have been times, just before falling asleep, I will imagine a phrase of music. Then without further thought, almost like listening to a radio, the phrase would build into a full blown piece of music of whatever genre. Sometimes, whole horn sections with a gospel choir. Other times, classical, rock, sometimes instrumental, sometimes with a full set of lyrics, whatever. It doesn't happen much now since I have gotten older. Where does that come from? There is no way I could compose that quickly. I swear it is just like listening to a piece on a radio for the first time. It is like it is there already just waiting.

I've had three lucid dreams in my life and countless dreams that are strange. I've even had a dream in a dream and lived a whole day, was the strangest thing ever. Though that memory is fuzzy, my first lucid dream didn't last long but I was dreaming I was at work and I started to realize I was in bed sleeping. So the first thing I did was grab a huge tree, which probably take about two people the wrap the arms around and I picked it out of the ground and through it in the air and i started to jump around really far. But soon after I woke up... My second one i was driving a vehicle by a lake and again realized I was in a dream, so the first thing I did was turn towards the lake and I started skipping the truck on the lake ( I know I know a little far fetched but dreams are weird man)... And finally my last one, this one I can't really remember because it dragged out for a little while but what I can recall from it is havthe ability to snap my fingers and make anything happen. I remember givingeand some buddies some nice suites and freezing some water.

I’m seeing a lot of comments saying the bad experiences of lucid dreaming so I thought I’d post this. If you’re interested in this practice don’t let those comments scare you off , remember it’s all in YOUR mind , YOU are the one dreaming , that world your in when your dreaming is created by YOU. The rules of life are the same on the astral plane as well ALL IS MIND don’t take on a weak mindset full of limitations & fear if you do in real life you won’t enjoy it the same as in the dream world. That being said I’ve found out something new reading such comments , they are clear indicators of a person that needs to do self work. The purpose of all self work and practices such as lucid dreaming is to align with and tune into the divine mind & the Divine mind knows no fear

Remember there’s chaos & order on all planes of life there always a positive & negative. Choose wisely which side you let your perceptions play into for your own good because in the end your only hurting YOURSELF. Develop a strong positive mindset in the waking life and it will translate in the dream world.

The further I understood mathematics the deeper I understood that we are really only attempting to mimic observable nature, whilst asserting laws on theoretical unproven notions. At this understanding, Knowing, is when I understood mathematics/science/physics are mere tools, not proof of anything whatsoever. God? More likely than not. Spirituality? Definitely. I have dreamt of being in a dimension that was a sort of dark infinity in which hung a 4D lattice of bluish lights like stars, arranged in a sort of tesseract-like configuration. These too stretched to what seemed to be infinity in all directions. I was one among many other beings there, and we were engaged in a sort of tuning or manipulation of these lights, which could have been stars, souls, or universes. It was extremely profound, and it felt so natural and blissful, like we were fine-tuning the multiverse. When I awoke the deeper implications, along with the innate understanding of just where I was and what I had been doing there, rapidly left me. Now all I remember is the infinite 4D lattices of lights, and the shadowy, ethereal forms of others like me there. A sense that I had been witnessing the very source-code of reality. I’d like to return to that place once again.

Some might think that im mad but the reality is different, its been 6,7 times that my dream came to reality, its like i could see things which is going to happen in future, and most of you would have faced it... for example, some one is knocking at your door and you are about to open it and your inner mind says it your sister and when you open the door it is your sister knocking the door, and my dream is kind of the same, but it is more intense...! in my 6,7 experience im sharing one here... (these dream come reality happened only when i was in deep sleep) i had a dream where my father conveyed me that our family Barber passed away, but i know it was a dream and i was scared that it was so much like real... later after two weeks i went near by the barber shop and found that he was still alive, i felt happy that it was just a dream, and even my mom noticed that i was checking for him, but everything happened, life is a circle ryt? after a month i traveled to my native and that night myself and my parents were sitting outside my home during night time and suddenly my dad told me that our barber has passed away, i was shocked and stunned, and i was silent, but suddenly my mom recognized and remembered and asked me why i was staring him when i came to hometown last time..! then i told them that i had a dream like dad is conveying this to me and i was checking whether he is alive or not but now this happened like that..... they were also shocked and told me that, let it be dream and dont think about it..... dream is not only our imagination, it might bring us our future infront of our own eyes.... always stay focused on the things you see on your dreams....

I would tell myself that I wanted to fly in my dreams, and consciously told myself to fly right before I would fall asleep, and I would fly. I knew I was dreaming and would tell myself that I dreaming and I could do anything I wanted to do in my dreams. I honestly believe on one occasion I actually had an out of body experience in which I flew around my neighborhood. Sounds like I'm nuts, and that hasn't been diagnosed officially yet, but I flew around the hood, I re-entered my body by going through the roof of my home, going through the ceiling, hitting the bed, and entering my body, I was laying on myself. Try it you'll like it, and it was fairly easy.

It’s actually really simple to induce dream like imagines while still awake, once you understand it you’ll think it’s so obvious how haven’t I’ve done this before. The dream sequence really ramps up during R.E.M, this is extremely simple to induce simultaneously “me personally I find this easier” focus on the center of your forehead where a hypothetical your 3rd eye would be. This is the hardest part, black out your thought and think about absolutely nothing. Start to actively move your eyes as if you’ve started rem and you’ll start to get bright flashes of light and eventually start to make out imagine with these flashes just like dreams. The longer you can go without getting distracted with thoughts the more pronounced the images will become exactly like a dream sequence.

I have vivid dreams and are mostly great, for some reason I have recollection and am also able to return to the dream situation after a short interruption return to my sleeping and rejoin the experience. Many times I want to stay. There are many things that we need to understand. Thanks
