Lucie, the Lugger Falcon - International Lugger Falcon Day

Here’s Graham with Lucie, our beautiful Lugger Falcon. Lucie came to the park in 2020 as part of a conservation awareness programme with the charity organisation Project Lugger - Action in Conservation. Lugger Falcons are declining in the wild and Project Lugger are dedicating their efforts to halting this decline. Each year we hold a Lugger Awareness Day at the park to teach our visitors about this small but mighty bird. Join us on Saturday 5th August, 2023.
