Chloe is good friends with Dan, granted he's her ex-husband and father to her child, but that's still a platonic opposite friendship nonetheless. She's pretty cool with Amenadiel too, but I guess that's more of a brother-in-law relationship. Her other friends are female, but she doesn't really have a lot of friends to begin with. Either way, there's nothing wrong with her having male friends like you're implying here

The prince agreed and the devil turned him into a hideous beat After the beast learns his lesson he gives the ring back and the devil where’s it to remember that true love concurs all . . . I really hate that lucifer thinks and says that "chloe has no control over her feelings". Yes his father put chloe into the world and "in his path" but that doesn't mean that her feeling for him aren't real or her own despite what his father did forever ago. But maybe Luci thinks differently about emotions because he isn't human.

Jonna His evil mom put that into his head and Amenidel reinforced the lie. Fact is God does not force actions or feelings. Were that the case everything would be totally predetermined and no one guilty of anything so Hell would be empty! Lucifer let his mom and brother have too much control by their manipulation of his fears on what his Father might of done. Liked this episode a lot! Great backstory on Candy and the last scene worth the wait.

There should be a reason as to why not a single supernatural being didnt even consider the opposite. I say we the viewers dont know everything.
