So they had to rebuild the sets and or move them from last season? This is why TV and films cost too much to produce. They waste so much money. Then when the ratings dip a bit the networks piss and moan about costs. "OK that's a wrap". Sets immediately tore down. "We got renewed for season 5" let's spend an assload of cash rebuilding then bitch about production costs". Ugh..."Hollywood".

The sound stage doesn't sit unused for the other 9 months of the year. So yes they have to tear them down when the season is done.
