I really hope you can answer this , how do you use footage from tv shows and songs from artists and composers without any legal trouble ? Do you have to ask them permission first ? Or can you just credit them and use their content without asking ? And are you allowed to monetize your videos ? Or do the music and show owners get that benefit instead ?

Mona Taha KZbin has this algoritm to check which songs are used. Most of the time its ok to use them but in this case the video is blocked in the US due to copyright issues on the songs.
