After reading some of these replies and posts, I'd thought I'd give a little clarity. If you really want to know how beautiful Lucifer truly was, then read Ezekiel 28: 12 - 15 (NASB version). It tells you just how beautiful he was and how God created him. It also gives you one clue about just how powerful Lucifer was before he fell. If you read those verses, one of them says this, *You were the anointed cherub who covers, And I placed you there. You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked in the midst of the stones of fire.* After doing some research and talking to a pastor I know, they all agree that, "You walked in the midst of the stones of fire" means that Lucifer was able to move in and out of God's very presence. They also noted that "Anointed Cherub" is the *ONLY* time God ever referred to an angel this way. So basically, from a Biblical standpoint, Lucifer was not only the most beautiful angel, but also the most powerful. Some people have told me that this verse isn't referring to Lucifer....or that it's someone human. Well, if you are one of those fools who think that is true, then please look up the word Cherub. I think what we're looking at is the difference between biological form and avatar form. Feathered wings are his default setting, honking big bat wings are his avatar, for when he's 'working'. Mind you, if you've been working for millennia in an avatar form, it's probably going to feel like the default setting itself.
