What i really love about the first half of the fight, is that Zero always seems to fit just right with any situation, wether it being Sandalphon using Ain Soph Aur, the Paradise Lost clash, or you beating up Cilius during link time. Just goes to show what a great song it is.

This fight is epic, for shure. But for a quest that you have to clear hundereds of times to equip 4 characters, its a bit too annyoing. There is some skill issue involved ngl but still... I´d be fine with it, if at least one tear would be a guaranteed drop tho. Like; either make the quest hard, as they did with this one but then actually give me the loot for clearing, so i dont have to repeat it that much, or have me grind it hundereds of times but make it a bit less annoying and more consistant, like Proto Bhamut. Then there are the new sigils. You cant just ignore them but they eliminate the secondary traits on the dmg cap up sigils we had before, furthering the need for really specific V+ sigils for the remaining slots. Problem is: secondary traits are 100% RNG, with pretty asrtonomical odds. Being able to combine sigils (at treasure cost like Rupees+Bahamut drops+Pyet-A drops+Transmarvel stock, or something) is desperatly needet. Not to mention the whole War Elemental and Supplementary(V+!) thing... It also does not help that the devs killed matchmaking on PC right after a major update like this and just before the weekend, so we PC players are stuck with the AI for now. I am no stranger to "the Grind" and enjoy it fair bit (i play the gbf gacha game, Warthunder, CS ranked,...) but there comes a point where the Grind and the joy of progression just turns to annoying work and with Lucilius GBF:Relink is reaching that point for me. Dont get me wrong, I like this game and see that a lot of effort has been put into it. I do want to keep playing. But with everything mentioned above, my excitement for this update has turned to dissapointment and i am actually a bit pissed. Hopefully the devs will address at least some of these things, that would be great. Cheers -blob For context: I have about ~200hrs of play time, all Terminus weapons unlocked, 4 of them awakened and 4 Characters at dmg cap. Zeta main. Have beaten Lucilius once with the AI. So i am not pulling thus compleatly out of my butt, even tho i am not good at this game. Also sorry for that spelling, as a wise man probably once said: -"I do not the engrish."

I've been substituting my allies for Paradise Lost, but I play Vaseraga and occasioanlly get hit by the skill seal, so its nice to know theres an easy pattern for PL. Thanks for the guide o7

for the slow explosions for final rebellion if the aoe comes in contact with another aoe it will cancel each other and leave no slow on the ground, so the best tactic is to be close to each other for the 3 sets.

pro tip - Wait for the stun gauge to fill to 80-90% and then use sba. When Lucilius comes back after paradise lost, he will have around 30% stun gauge and you are at 100% link level since overburst gives you it automatically. Then you just need to fill the gauge another 70% (very easy if you have a vane or anything with stun power abilities\combos) and you get a free link time at the start of phase 2 and can skip the entire phase. The amount of people that don't do this triggers me, don't be one of them!

extra note in Final Rebellion, on the vertical laser phase, if you perfect dodge it near the edge of the map and reposition yourself after, let the vertical laser go to you and stand still. Once the laser goes through you and you are invulnerable, it will circle around you instead. I usually do this and just hold block. This allows you to only focus on the jumpable floor waves from the meteors.

You can jump in the air 9:51 If you feel like you jumped too early, attack in the air to stay in place.

“Until you only have 1hp, in which the raid is unclearable” That’s funny. I’ve only beaten Lucilius once so far and it was with that 1hp curse. It was solo with AI and I keep all those defense buffs you mentioned plus maxed improved guard. The quest took me like 20 minutes and I almost quit halfway through but between a lot of guarding, perfect dodges for invincibility windows and lots of prayer, it can be done lol.

It's interesting to see games with boss fights like these, the only game I have similar experience in is SWTOR. Never was a fan of MMOs but I love the harder operations and the challenge they pose, also as a mostly solo player it's kinda refreshing to raid with people.

I just use Yandera with perfect dodge, fight or flight, max nimble onslaught and max cool down. I spam party mirage every 15-20 seconds and we never take any damage during the entire raid. With this set up I was able to help hundreds of randoms clear this raid.

What characters you would recommend using or not using for this fight? Vaseraga seems bad because of the relatively slow attack windows we have and I saw many people using characters Lancelot for this fight, because they have more Dodge options.

What a cool boss till you realise the drop rates... I absolutely love this game but damn it doesnt respect your time 🥲Also they did Sandalphon so dirty in this one. You have to see him taking an L every time and its unskippable

it's either nerf the boss or give us a bigger material drop rate. cause every time i do this boss to grind it's very miserable and tedius and just frustrating and after all that you get just a small amount of whatever the game tends to give to you which is very small and pathetic. it's like getting low-blowed after all the work into just trying to survive against lucilius.

​@@boltsy1395 Have no fear, you will get to the point where you easily (or at least constistently) farm him soon! It's just that we gotta repeat this boss an unhealthy amount of times for scraps. On top of that being unable to use azurite splendor, which is a drop from the boss btw, on the alpha/beta/gamma sigils is a low blow. Having an azurite drop but no tears so often is triggering 🤣And upgrading the damn things requires tears as well! Who is the sadistic dev thats responsible for all this?!?
