Been like this for a loooong time now. Ever since the Aznvasions video on it. He was recommending NOT stabbing. But the point of that was to keep the level low. Not to do it as fast as possible. I even talked to him about this in his comments on the vid. I asked: “What if you don't care about the level, and just want to do it as fast as possible, get lucky maybe, get the order down early, get the extra murmur from stabs, etc.?”. - “Well then you just go for it.” He said. But it has now become the meta, and people will tell you that is the fastest way of doing it. If this video is a showcase of how it actually works (modding etc.) … it’s painful to watch. That being said tho, I FULLY respect people using the “no stab meta” to actually keep the level low bc they are not “strong” enough yet to do higher level ones. But it has ruined Squad play. Every time another Lich spawns, I’m missing out on 10x murmur per stab not done. Although DE kinda ruined it anyway. Before you would still have nodes on the planet you most recently stabbed it on, and it would still spawn there too. So you could stay in the squad. Now that is not the case and you are booted from that planet completely, forcing you out of the squad if you want to have the chance of your Lich spawning. Smart stuff. Stuff that further incentivizes the “No stab” thing. TLDR: I fully agree. Lol
