I don't know why people are so upset that "only maxed accounts win things", this was not something like a giveaway. You didn't just sign up for it somewhere, it was again up to luck, more so bad luck than good, those 100 legendary drops were given to the people who got the most RARE starr drops during the duration of the 100 starr drops event. So in order to get those 100 legendary starr drops you had to first get A LOT of rare ones and everyone is aware that rare drops just aren't good and give barely any rewards. You're getting those legendary ones in return for basically being unlucky with your previous drops.
